The terms and conditions detailed in this section, including any limitations and exclusions shall be governed by English law. Motivate4life reserve the right to vary these terms at any time but, in respect of any ordered services the terms which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order or booking.
Our Terms and Conditions of Business do not affect your statutory rights under English law.
If the customer is not a Uk resident, your home country or place of residence may impose an import tax or duty on purchases from the UK. In such an event, the payment of all import tax or duty levied is the sole responsibility of the customer.

As our credit credit card partners are MoneyBookers and Paypal has access to the customers confidential credit card details as this is dealt with exclusively by MoneyBookers and Paypal on their highly secure servers.
The customer's personal information and contact details will never be passed on or shared with any other person, business or entity under any circumstance,. as soon as your order has been completed, the Cookie within Money Bookers and Paypal is destroyed.If the customer selects some products but does not complete the checkout procedure, the Cookie containing product data will become inactive within 3 hours of the customer leaving Motivate4Life website.
RETURNS POLICY
Should a customer wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched we will require an email to advise us at Motivate4lifes@aol.com . Motivate4life offer a Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee ( 30 days ) from date of receipt of goods. This is conditional on you emailing the company that you wish to return the products, this email must include your invoice number and the delivery arrival date.
A refund will be made after the goods are examined and found undamaged.We will then arrange for a refund to be made.
We DO NOT refund customers return postage costs.
